Looking for something fun for the family this weekend? Join our team in honoring Earth Day, Saturday, April 20, 2024 by exploring ways to make a positive difference in our community and our world.

11:00am — Sustainable Pet Care
Visit High Country Humane and reduce, reuse, and recycle by learning how to make dog tug toys out of old clothing. It's a fantastic way to upcycle and create fun, sustainable toys for your furry companions!

12:00pm — Bike Fix-It Clinic
Whether you need complex repairs like brake replacements or simple maintenance like a tire pressure check, a group of 5th graders from Cromer Elementary has teamed up with Absolute Bikes to assist you on Earth Day at this Free Bike Fix-it Clinic. These students are a part of the Climate Action Challenge and are working with the experts so we can keep more cars off the road. Swing by their booth to have Absolute check out your bike, play a fun game, or learn more about their project!

1:00pm — Stream Stewardship
The Rio de Flag and its tributaries connect our neighborhoods, support unique habitats, promote wildlife, and provide opportunities for stewardship. Join the Stream Stewards Program for an interactive workshop to discover stewardship practices and community connections with the Rio de Flag.

2:30pm — NAU Earth Jam
Free food and live music at Northern Arizona University (North Quad) with performances, workshops, rock wall climbing, bungee trampoline, axe throwing, sustainability fair and so much more!

Note: Mountain Line is offering FREE bus transportation services all day on April 20, 2024!
